Inspired by
We are inspired by innovations from all spheres as we like to be at the forefront of new developments. Traditional architectural principles which relate to environmental concerns and adaptations form an integral part of our design philosophy. Nature, cities, art and the future inspire us with a focus on creativity and leadership to take our ideas to reality.
Nature is at the core of our inspiration – to learn from it and adapt it to our functions or requirements and to protect it from destruction. We are inspired by cities that function well and are inclusive, meeting the needs of their inhabitants. We aim to integrate the marginalized so that they can experience the city as a whole. The future is our main inspiration as we strive to contribute to a world that aids the welfare of people and the planet, in order to safeguard these.

Our Awesome Story
Our company, founded in 1995 as an architectural practice, has evolved into a company that promotes sustainability at all levels in buildings, cities and business. We also incorporate legal knowledge gained through our arbitration experience into all our projects to avoid as many pitfalls as we can. We have gained experience in the business sector and have worked on projects in the residential, commercial, retail and leisure sectors. We promote mixed-use developments as a sustainable solution for cities.
